Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Gyro Master product.
If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to start a return:

• Contact us at orders@gyromasterco.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Our team will guide you through the process.

• Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

option 2

• Use Customer Login - you can manage here all your's orders

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days — we’ll make it right immediately.
