Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
These estimates may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
incorrect addresses
missing apartment/unit numbers
inaccessible delivery locations
If a package is returned to us, we can reship it after receiving the correct address (reshipping fees may apply).
